I joined TFP about 3 weeks back.  Found them through twitter.  And I must say as a novice trader, these guys has been most helpful in my learning experience.  They are hands on through the chat, and answered EACH question I had with regard to any call or unrelated stuff.  They are highly experienced and I am very happy they gave me the opportunity to join up.

As a novice I was tired of self professed guru’s bombarding me to sign up to their newsletters where they devulge their secrets. Honestly I still do not understand why these guys share their trading experience with me without charging anything.  I hope I can repay their generosity in some way in the future.  Being from the Maldives Islands, I am hoping one day they will take a break here.

The Founder, SP, doesn’t “hold hands” on specific trades but he has taught me an imense amount of information regarding trading and is always extremely generous with his time. It is often difficult to learn and carve your own place in the field of trading if not hired by a TBTF bank. SP taught me about how the clock ticks with correlations and patterns which gave me enough knowledge to run with and pursue this myself as a career. He is truly a great person and mentor and I owe him much gratitude for the invaluable time and effort he has put in to helping new traders through this site. If someone is given a solid fondation of knowledge and is willing to work hard enough, anything is possible. Thanks for everything & I wish everyone in TFP a profitable year.

As a trader who isn’t full time, I don’t get the utilize the chat during peak hours (9am-4pm).  Great thing about this place is even when I come on in the evening there are still people here willing to trade/bounce ideas off each other.  Everyone is at different levels so it is very inviting place to hang out.  Most chat rooms usually charge you to be part of a community and there is no cost here so if you’re serious trader you got no reason to not check it out for a day at least.

TFP has a unique blend of successful traders with true knowledge of the equities, commodities, currencies and the futures markets. I’ve learned more about trading all of these along with price action, trends & direction and resistance levels in a few short months then I have at paid services in a full year. Many traders explain their rationale behind their positions and trades and are always willing to provide & share their analysis, opinions, strategies etc. with everyone in the forum. The collective level of experience I’ve found here is second to none. I’ve never even traded a single futures contract prior to joining TFP. Often I’ll come into the forum at random times out of regular trading hours to find many of the members and @sellputs sharing their market ideas, thoughts, posting charts etc. TFP is solid. A true and thorough traders forum. Thanks SP !!
